We get it—sometimes things change or cravings do a U-turn.
Cancellations:
You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it via our website or by calling us directly.
Once the food is being prepared or out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds:
If your order was cancelled within the allowed window, the full amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
If your order was incorrect, missing items, or unsatisfactory, please reach out within 2 hours of delivery. We’ll investigate and process appropriate refunds or replacements.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (Zomato & Swiggy Orders)
Cancellations:
If you’ve placed an order via Swiggy or Zomato, cancellation policies are governed by the respective platforms. Please initiate cancellation directly through the app as soon as possible.
Once the food is being prepared or picked up by the delivery partner, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refunds:
For issues like wrong items, missing products, or food quality concerns, please raise a complaint via the Swiggy/Zomato app under the relevant order.
Our team works closely with their support staff to investigate and resolve complaints fairly.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed by the platform as per their policies.
